just my guess but I think his sister Lunita was the one who poisoned him so he wouldnt have to grow up in the family, not because she was trying to kill him but because she saw when he chose the patriarch sword that he would be harmed by the other siblings… we havent seen her happy in any of the screen time she’s had so far and her facial reaction looks like guilt to me
