Siri, she is not a bitch, she is just not well written. The character is not focused on her personality but on what TRAITS would fit the story to roll up. It’s true sometimes the situation is just extremely forced and no one actually clumsy would just trip and make mistakes everytime like she does, but that’s exactly what I’m saying, she is not well written, and not a “bitch” that is just acting or faking this. For commoners, she was saw as eloquent, elegant, she was like high society as you could see in the first chapters, but between nobles, she doesn’t understand things and doesn’t take the situations. She’s not stepping on two boats, is just that the way se acts naturally as a commoner tends to take the attention of the nobles around her, and those who are the closest, the crown prince and Rayburn, fell in love. Rayburn because she was already his childhood crush, and the crown prince because she’s sweet and a free spirit who he doesn’t have to keep this whole elegant talk noble and blah blah blah thingie. She’s sure captivating and it justifies the way they see her. But for her, she only express feelings for Rayburn, that for writing about him and imagining him, but still keeping her head down due to, ahem, status issues. And for the crown prince, she doesn’t, she is just naturally kind like she is to Rayburn and everyone else, is not HER fault the way she is seems alluring to him, she treats even the paparazzi this way. So please, before talking shit, try to research a little and stop creating too much expectations of a clueless commoner compared to other manhwas fl that are already used to the ambience and super eloquent.
