Bruh- there’s no need of deciphering it- we already know what it means you know that the emperor is the sun that never sets and duke is the moon of the empire- so what’s so hard to understand? It means that the emperor must either descend from the throne or else the duke will not be able to rise to emperor… (or you can either kill the current emperor)
