I think he’s cunning and stubborn. He’s ruthless to his enemies and soft to his allies and for yoo jae ha, mc past life has shown that yoo jae ha is extremely cunning, a skillful fraud, a bad teammate but is still usefull and has a bad personalities. So i think that’s why he is harder on him since there is that one chapter where mc doesn’t want him to regain memories. He’s not really dumb but actually a bit dense but he caught up faster eventually
