I actually feel bad for him
my reason is that he has been manipulated and treated like an object so much that he doesn’t even have a life to live for himself. Causing him to get to a breaking point so he is now unhinged and believes all he has left is raylene (who he already lost) because she used to want to always support him or whatever so he has become delusional with the fact that she has moved on while he is still stuck in the past.
