I read a spoiler on tiktok that the original fl and crown prince really loved each other but original fl made a promise to the crown prince that he would act that he doesn’t love her and love that ink haired girl but now the current fl doesn’t know that and i think that why the crown prince act like that on the chapter 40 (it is what i only remember and sorii for my bad grammar)
If the spoiler is correct, then it was really a stupid promise. Why would they pretend for the CP to love the pink haired girl? The pink hair girl is not even from a rich or powerful and influencial family, so what benefits will they get from pretending to love her? And the original FL agreed to it? Why did she have to suffer and die tbh?
Or… While original CP pretended to love pink hair girl he really fell in love with her and ditched original Villainess (now FL).
and after the dance (the one where our FL wore the blue dress) didn’t FL recall that she begged her father to the crown prince while crying? it doesn’t really make sense
