One thing that bothers me in most Manhwas is just the fact that the female character always think it has to play out like the original story. If I were to build on that kind of relationship with the male lead, I wouldn’t give a shit if the female lead should actually get along with the male lead. I’ll just keep the ML for myself. XD
I get you, but I also understand the FL’s. Like not the part about not changing the story, like girl this is your real life now, not the novel. But if you know someone is supposed to be in a happy and loving relationship with someone in the future, then it’s fair to
A) feel like there’s no place for you to step in
Or
B) feel guilty for stealing that happy ending from the OG FL and ML
Like imagine you transmigrated into your fav novel or game, as the Heroine no less, and you’re so excited to meet and become a couple with your fav character. But you finally do and they’re already in love with someone else. That’s gotta be SO shitty. I don’t excuse the ones who turn into villainesses but damn I’d def get depressed.
