The MC is losing his touch lately. The way the enemy army is moving, looks and fights are clear indicators of group puppetry. The only person in a robe is the commander, he fights the puppets instead of the commander wasting time. Regardless it is common sense in war to have units look for and eliminate enemy commanders to ruin the command structure. He literally has snipers with anti-barrier bullets but hasn’t put them to use. This fight could of been over a loooooooooooooooong time ago by now.
