He really thinks he could get her back, 1st off she is wayy out of his league, 2nd he was the one to bring in a slave girl and get her pregnant without even knowing anything about her background (she already has a child and she completely abandoned it). 3rd he treated her like crap, he favored his mistress that he meet once even though she was disrespecting his wife of at least 4 year and his childhood love from probably forever. Also he was going to carry out his plan without consulting her or even telling her about the divorce, she had to hear the news from someone else, and he was going to announce it publicly to her for the first time and leave her in a position where she had no other choice but to accept her fate if she hadn’t found out. and now he is trying to get her back with a letter after all the things he did to her, he locked her up in her house with guards surrounding the area for me just that is enough for me to be on her side.
