The author should at least write info text like” after crying for awhile she stood up” etc. The way it is now it looks rushed.

This Manga(call it how you like it) is definitely not bad. I don’t if it is made based on a novel, but it looks like it. Sometimes it feels like the context is rushed. Don’t get me wrong it does not mean it lower the quality, but it is like a thing that rubs you on the wrong spot. The MC should is definitely not arrogant to the extrem. He is forgiving, although I personally prefer that he would have not done it sometimes. It not the best work out there, but it is something you can enjoy reading. The translation are good. I understood everything without problems. Some lines repeat. I do not know if it is because the character real repeats it in the original language or if it is some mistake made by the translator. Sometimes the repeating is on purpose made, so who knows. Well, it is not so important though.
