TN DARKNESS, I do agree with you but to me it doesn’t matter if it was through hard work or not. I like villains because the are selfish, stubborn, calculative, cool and are willing to do anything to get what they want. This is what it means to me a villain. If they continuously keep on giving everything up to protect their loved ones, they no longer can be called villains. To survive as villains, one must fight their own fate. But this also fits many protagonist I have read about. So if they continuously keep giving to protect their loved ones, they become side characters or protagonists. It no longer matters if they are villains or not, we support them because they are now the protagonists. There are very few protagonist in mangas I have read about that I hate. It is easier to support and understand someone after seeing their point of view.
