    I think you’re confusing time reversal with time travel. See with time reversal, time regresses back to a point, erasing the past,present and future. Effectively rewriting the story back from one point in time so no branching timelines can occur, if an outcome is different, that is the one and only path.
    In time travel, you go back to a point in time but the past, present and future all remain, so if you change something, a different timeline is created from the pre-determined path which you call your “canon event”.

      Dariel’s sister was believed to be a half elf so it’d mean that the queen would have bed with someone other than the tree of life being a “whore”, also the sister has the cursed eye of destruction meaning that she’s basically an omen of bad things to happen for the elves which in some cases could be seen as validation of the queen not following her duty but the daughter was only born this way since Ygg formed an actual body and put some wood into the queen instead of following tradition for making offspring.
