It doesn’t really make sense how he could do all of those in real life knowing that he was a shut in, meaning he never had any intense physical activities that developed his muscles and reflexes. The reason why they all went to the Mangrove was to take its fruits, meaning all of them are still ordinary human beings, mc included.
