She should accept the this new fact that not all people are the same. Her past family were grandshit but this new family of hers just loves her so. She shouldn’t deny the reality that she has now and keep dwelling in that horrible, despicable past. Don’t be a forever weakling.

to be fair she IS trying, but she also was betrayed by her family, starved, got her eyes burnt out alive, and then was beheaded. Even while she was alive, it seems like she didn’t really know love. Personally, I appreciate that the trauma doesn’t just go away and that they show her healing from it, after all, it is only chapter 7, and it’s only been a year, that takes a while to get over to and to begin to feel alright again.
