Ok idk if anyone else has thought about this but, Marianne’a eyes turn yellow to red while Aishas turn blue to yellow. What I’m assuming is that yellow eyes represent something. Like maybe connection to the spirits? Idk but I have a feeling Marianne is like a fake Aisha or will also claim to be able to see spirits, so like an evil spirit, so that why her eyes are yellow normal but red in reality. Sorry I’m horrible at explain but hope that makes sense.

I was thinking the same exact thing in this chapter you can see him fighting with himself judging whether his late sister and him had a good relationship it seems like some of his memory isn’t there and is coming back in bits and pieces.
