I thought being healthy meant she was sickly…. but she’s fat? So tired of stories where they transmigrate into a fat character and they’re like ‘eeeww I have to lose weight’. Fat people can be healthy too. (And yes I realize it says she had diabetes and such, but that’s the authors choice to add that. Fat does not have to equal unhealthy.)

obesity is one of the leading causes for humans losing theirs lives….you can die in multiple ways from obesity….some just have there genes that way eat healthy and exercise still obese…thats a very small number of obese people….

Yes but once again, the author is the one who has chosen to have the fat = bad type story. This isn’t a debate about real life obesity, this is fiction, one of many fictional pieces where not only is the mc transmigrated into a fat character who HAS to lose to weight, but the og fat character is a bad person. They could have made her health journey about being sickly or weak, but no, she’s fat and bad.
