The mother is a btc, the fl is probably a child from an affair that’s why. It also got me into the thinking that she is using the “finding her biological daughter” to trashed the second daughter while they’re trying to find the biological daughter. Like you can get pregnant again but why is she so desperate? Is it because she’s your first bio-daughter? Of course not’ after those 19 YEARS.

Both parents as assholes. They never let go of their first daughter and aimed all of their negative feelings towards the second daughter, who had nothing to do with the abduction. the first daughter is just going with the flow with all of the jewels and dresses. either she’ll become an active participant or stick up for the FL. I’m thinking the former. as for the fiancé, it could go either way.

You see it from the view of the reader, but think about it. The parents wants everything for the sister and all she see is the sister going along with the plans of the parents because she is a pushover so far. She never voiced her opinion or refused any of that.
Even in real life this kind of behaviour from the parents would make the children dislike or even hate each other, doesn’t matter if the parents to blame. The parents can still ruin the relationship of children until they fix it
