        The reason I want the FL to tell the Emperor that the child was his, was because yes HE DOESN’T KNOW and he has the RIGHT to know.
        
        Why would you think that just by telling the emperor the truth will the kid be in danger as soon as possible. Can’t they think of possible protection for the child? Because I think they will, they are parents after all.
        
        And yes I read the manga, and now the emperor knew the child was his, and the child was in danger because the mom chooses to still lie and send the child away.

And the advantage that he could at least be protected by much stronger party is with the emperor. Because if assassins are sent to kill him while the mother is sending him away, he could be dead by now, it’s just so thanks to that lady who saved him. It was actually the mother who sent him to danger tbh. And now who was the one who saved the child? Oh wow.. the emperor. ? So he doesn’t need to know, let him be continued be lied upon by MC.
        
        Gosh thank God his eyes changed to red. ? Now emperor knew he was his child. And guess what, the FL will leave unscathed living guilt free later on because the emperor will forgave her.

All the misunderstanding at first that led them to a mistake and wrong decisions.. thats how always a story were mostly made… you’re being bias on who you are hating and disliking bruhh all of them made mistake not just the FL… imagine yourself being in that position.. make your point of view on each first not just for the emperor… have you forgotten how the story flow from the startss it’s the “MISUNDERSTANDINGS’ that I am sayingand it’s the emperor and FL are cowards who didnt face their fears and ignored themm.. well that just how story iss.. they will make many problems just to make the story long but atleast they make it interesting… try to understand each perspective girl..

        Na.. it’s ok. Yes I am really biased here. Commenting is my way of releasing frustration on a Manhua I’m reading, so as to not drop it, might better to talk the topic that I don’t like on the story. I don’t like accumulating negative feelings due to what I am reading, so just commenting here on what my ideal scenarios. ? it’s FREE after all.

    Also don’t forget how awful he made it was when divorce her. She had been put in shame and abandoned by her family. If he really has an odd of love for her, at that time he would at least lerned about her situation. He didn’t even lifted a finger to help her. She survived all thanks to her grandfather help. And after she determine to leave everything and live quietly with her child, the guy selfishly seek her out and forcedfully take her on board the dirty political game.
    
    There may be some sincerity in Emperor’s love words right now, but it isn’t gonna change the fact that MC’s life is pretty went south because of him.

This whole thing is just draining my IQ. The FL is stupid. If she hate that dude why would she even ask help from him? and even considered to trust him. Even if im near the clift I would rather die and fall down the clift then take the ML stinky hand. And funny thing she even chillaxin drinking coffee while her child is dying. Wow!   Nope. Astelle also thought maybe Count Ecklen was their real father but no. Although he was originally their mother’s real lover,when she got pregnant with Count Ecklen’s kid, she proceed to marry Duke Reston to protect both Count Ecklen and their unborn child (make the baby pretend to be Reston’s child since they’ll LIKELY have the same eye color) but she had miscarriage. And Count Ecklen was sent to war by the former emperor since he was just a mere knight back then.
