I’ll be honest. I don’t feel the uncle whatever duke arc is not important in the story. I feel empty reading this arc. I also feel that it is a waste of time for the important setting of the Manhua. That moment of the Duke (grand whatever) kneeling and them laughing it out after the “forgiveness” is out of context. Let me ask….. What is the point of that and his arrival in the story? Did it made impact? I am only reading the current chapters because I already started reading this manhua and I like the plot. But as it goes further, I think the author is forgetting the aim of the MC to the point that I feel that this manhua is becoming aimless.
