I know!!!!!! I do understand that it’s irksome, but I found the energetic, child-like personality kind of endearing. Usually kid MCs in Manhwas are either very scared and quiet or cool and calm, but it’s nice to see like an actual kid like personality.

the mc is kind of selfish but even though she is a 20 year old person in the body of an 8 year old anyone would act like a child again if they were in her situation, but she also feels bad for not being the real Lili so at least she is self aware

she’s adaptable and self aware she wasn’t selfish she just know the darkness of the world but still was able to adapt on a sudden changes made in her life she maybe 20 before but she Is a child so she have the right to act like a child she wasn’t so well off and had a hard time before so she tend to be carefree and be childish and not worry about stuff like before i mean sweets are expensive but she can eat sweet here everytime so it wasn’t her fault for wanting more sweets at most what you call selfishness is her acting as a child while using her mature self before to be witty

Well I mean scientifically/personally, I feel like this is her real personality. Irl, since she’s an adult, she has to work and work and work everyday, I think. Life is exhausting, in general , without a partner and suddenly going to a fantasy and rich life is like a dream come true. She is at peak mood and happy with the sudden vacation. I would have tried to adapt to the new life by acting 24/7 and get use to it. Then it becomes you’re personality, similar how idols work. Or maybe it has something to do with the body and some kind of work done to her brain while transmigrating to the world of a 5 year old?? Sure it’s a bit annoying that she always thinks about desserts, but it’s the drive the author chose to keep the story going.
